Request Data & Account Deletion

Submit a request to permanently delete your Stackr account and associated personal data in accordance with Apple App Store, Google Play, and GDPR requirements.

What will be permanently deleted

  • Account profile (name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, avatar).
  • Course enrollments, milestone lesson tracking, and video timestamps.
  • Quiz attempts, assignment code uploads, hardware schematics, and grades.
  • Authentication credentials, sessions, and mentor chat logs.

Processing Timeframe

In compliance with data protection laws, requests are validated and completely wiped from active databases within 30 days.

Issued Certificates

If you have earned a verified CPD Certificate of Achievement, a minimal cryptographic hash of the credential remains on record so third-party employers can verify it, unless you explicitly request complete certificate revocation.
