These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “Student”, or “Parent/Guardian”) and Pocket Studios Group Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “Stackr”), a company registered in England and Wales under Company Number 17339787, with registered office at Office 2011, 321-323 High Road, Essex, RM6 6AX, United Kingdom.

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Stackr mobile applications (available via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store), the Stackr web platform located at learn.stackr.site, our learning management system (LMS), live workshop sessions, 1-on-1 mentorship sessions, and associated educational services (collectively, the “Services”).

By downloading our mobile app, registering an account, or enrolling in any cohort, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.

Stackr provides coding, robotics, and creative technology education for learners of all ages, including children and young people. If you are under the age of 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction):

• You represent that you have obtained verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian to use the Services.
• Your parent or legal guardian agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.
• Accounts for learners under 13 must be created with direct parental or guardian supervision.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. You agree not to share your account or allow any third party to access the platform under your identity. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access.

Stackr offers structured educational tracks delivered in two primary formats:

Session Recordings: Live group cohort workshops are recorded and posted to the student dashboard for review and study purposes. By participating with audio/video enabled, you consent to inclusion in recordings accessible exclusively to enrolled classmates.

All tuition fees, payment plans, and currency conversions are clearly presented prior to registration. We are committed to transparency and risk-free evaluation:

Mobile In-App Purchases (Apple App Store & Google Play Store): If you purchase any subscription or course pass directly within our iOS or Android mobile application, billing, tax calculation, and refund processing are managed in accordance with Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions or Google Play's Terms of Service. In-app subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date via your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.

Student Code & Projects: You retain complete ownership and intellectual property of the original source code, digital assets, and physical robots you design and build during your coursework. Stackr claims no copyright over your personal project repositories.

Stackr Platform Materials: All course curriculum, lecture slides, video tutorials, code scaffolding, grading rubrics, visual graphics, trademarks, and documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of Pocket Studios Group Ltd or our licensors. You are granted a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive license to access these materials for educational purposes only. You may not record, resell, redistribute, or publish platform materials without express written authorization.

Stackr is built on mutual respect and collaborative learning. All students, mentors, and staff are expected to maintain high standards of conduct:

• Harassment, bullying, hate speech, or discriminatory language in any live chat or cohort forum is strictly prohibited.
• Plagiarism or submitting work created entirely by others without disclosure is grounds for withholding certificates.
• Attempting to compromise platform security, reverse engineer software, or bypass access controls will lead to immediate termination.

Stackr issues digital Certificates of Achievement aligned with Continuing Professional Development (CPD) principles. Certificates are issued exclusively to students who:

• Attend or watch the required live cohort sessions and interactive workshops.
• Complete and submit assigned milestone coding projects and hardware labs.
• Successfully deliver a capstone project meeting rubric specifications.

Each certificate contains a cryptographically verifiable token. Certificates may be revoked if academic dishonesty or fraudulent identity is discovered post-issuance.

Stackr provides services with reasonable care and skill. However, educational results depend substantially on individual student effort, background, and practice. We make no guarantee that completing any course will secure specific employment, university admission, or competition placement.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Pocket Studios Group Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, internet disruptions, or third-party service outages. Our total aggregate liability under any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific course or subscription giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the event.

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Upon account deletion, access to active cohorts and recorded course content will cease.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim.
